Application for an Exchange to Germany
Sending an original application form with photo to the "ZAD" is the only way a student can apply for an exchange. The
application form should be completely filled out and must include the
dean's signature and the dean's stamp or the dental school stamp. Also
a photo is requested.
A very important thing is that the student has to fill in all
information in CAPITAL Letters and should underline the family name (last name ).
The postal adress where we usually send the invitations to should be
also written very clearly and completely with zip code and all
necessary details.
Within Germany the applicant has three choices of the preferred city
for exchange. Please specify also the period in which you are able to
come to Germany, because we might need to shift the exchange dates to
suitable periods here as well.
