ZAD today Welcome to ZAD! We are a German exchange organization that helps dental medical students to spend a work experience stay in Germany during their studies. Ideally you are already or will become a member of an IADS member organisation in your own country. IADS stands for International Association of Dental Students. However, we also try to help non-IADS-members as best as we can. Find out more about the IADS here. If you are a student and you have completed the medical part of your course, it´s worthwhile considering a stay in Germany. The ZAD may help you in various ways.
